This is the final roll from this series. I was shooting with Kodak Gold 400 and pushed it one stop too 800. I usually shoot Portra, but wanted to try something new. I picked up a pack of this film on Amazon. This is the same stuff I grew up shooting in my teens! I feel the colors are a bit different from my normal work, but I loved the challenge of shooting with it in low light situations. The bathroom shots in this roll are some of my favorite. When I got this roll back I started to realize it's a good thing to leave your comfort zone and made me want to try shooting different types of light.
It's been a goal of mine to be more consistent here and I'm thrilled I've been making that happen lately. Plus, I really enjoy having an outlet to share my personal film work and receive feedback from you guys. I have some fun projects coming up that I'm excited to announce this summer.
