Roll 7

Lets keep this rolling, get it?!? Ok no more bad jokes! Here we are with number 7! I can't believe how many rolls I've been shooting. I'm going to have to get a side job to support my new film addiction.

This is the return of b&w and most of this roll was shot in some serious gloom. Fog and me are just a thing! I use webcams, Google weather reports, and constantly check outside to see if it might be a foggy day. I love how fog sets the mood, how it creates a filter that you just can't find. It helps images pop and creates mystic looking backgrounds that seem almost unbelievable. Fog to me in more than just weather, it's like an assistant helping me with a shoot. I was very curious how film woukd handle this weather. I was so use to shooting digital and using very specific filters to set the tone

I must say I was pleasantly surprised how the images came out. I did dark the blacks a tiny bit to suit my taste. The only downside to this roll is that there was a slight line through about half the images. The lab said this was most likely due to some dust in the camera that the film dragged across. Maybe this is one small downside of film, but hopefully it doesn't haunt me again!
